MANU PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS1. IntroductionWelcome to the MANU Partnership Program. Participation in this program is subject to the following terms and conditions, which constitute a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "Participant") and MANU (hereinafter referred to as "MANU" or "we"). By enrolling in the program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Inclusion GoalMANU is committed to cultivating a culture that encourages participation, freedom, flexibility, and fairness to enable individuals to excel to their full creative and innate ability potential.
3. ValuesParticipants are expected to embody MANU’s core values of curiosity, responsibility, integrity, and respect.
4. Inclusiveness Policy & Code of ConductParticipants in the MANU Partnership Program are required to adhere to the Inclusiveness Policy and Code of Conduct. MANU maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards racism, sexism, discrimination, or any form of exclusionary behavior. We reserve the right to refuse or remove content and participants who do not comply with these principles or exhibit unacceptable behavior.
5. Code of ConductEnvironmentWe are committed to providing a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for all individuals, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, ability, appearance, ethnicity, national origin, citizenship, socioeconomic status, or religion.
GuidelinesAll participants must adhere to the following guidelines to create a safe and positive experience for everyone:
- Prohibition of intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning content or behavior.
- Prohibition of harassment, including but not limited to harmful comments related to gender, sexual orientation, age, ability, appearance, ethnicity, national origin, citizenship, socioeconomic status, or religion; deliberate intimidation; stalking or following; harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of talks or other events; inappropriate physical contact; and unwelcome sexual attention.
- Consequences: Participants asked to stop unacceptable behavior are expected to comply immediately. MANU reserves the right to take appropriate action, including temporary bans or permanent expulsion from the program, without warning, for any participant who engages in unacceptable behavior.
6. MANU Marketing UsageBy submitting a game to the MANU Partnership Program, the Participant grants MANU the right to use the game for marketing purposes, including but not limited to featuring gameplay screencasts, game information, game screenshots, and other related content on the MANU official website, social channels, and marketing materials.
7. Reporting OptionsParticipants who experience or witness unacceptable behavior, or have any concerns, are encouraged to report such incidents by emailing: [manu@manu.co](mailto:manu@manu.co).
8. Participation TermsEligibility: Participants must enroll in the program by applying via the designated form on the MANU website. Participants must be of legal age to participate.
Game Submission Requirements: All submitted games must:- Be created using the MANU engine and posted on the MANU Marketplace under the Participant's own account.
- Feature a comprehensible story and a defined purpose (e.g., save the princess, collect items, solve puzzles, survive).
- Be playable from start to end with clear instructions.
- Contain winning and losing scenarios.
- Be original and legally compliant, with no reuse of content from others or infringement of intellectual property rights.
- Include assets created by the author, obtained through a CC0 license, or legally owned by other means, with appropriate credits.
- Not be duplicates or minor variations of publicly available or previously created projects.
- Be free from explicit, abusive, NSFW, or offensive material and adhere to community guidelines.
Submission Process: When the game is ready, the Participant must upload it to the MANU Marketplace under their own account. Instructions are provided in the video linked on the MANU website.
9. Payment ProcessSubmission for Approval: Participants must submit links to their games on the MANU Marketplace via the email used during registration to
manu@manu.co including their registered name for identification.
Approval: MANU will review submissions within approximately five business days. If approved, MANU will request payment details. If not approved, MANU will provide feedback on unmet criteria.
Payment Method: Transactions will be conducted in cryptocurrency. Participants must provide accurate cryptocurrency wallet details, as MANU cannot guarantee payment without proper information.
Financial Responsibility: Participants are responsible for complying with tax obligations and any personal financial responsibilities.
10. Ownership and Usage RightsOwnership: All games remain the property of the Participant. However, MANU reserves the right to use the games and related visual materials for promotional purposes on the website and social media.
Promotion: Participants are free to promote their games on personal social media, forums, blogs, etc., without restriction.
MANU is not responsible for the actions or inactions of its partners related to game development and publication.
11. Community VisionMANU encourages a welcoming, friendly, and collaborative gamedev community. Participants are expected to adhere to this vision in all communications.
12. Fair PlayParticipants must engage in the program honestly and fairly. Attempts to exploit the program through spam entries or other unfair practices are prohibited.
13. Modifications to TermsMANU reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
